Tea Shopping in China
Not all the tea in China is good tea. To find a great tea source you have to Live Like Water and know where and how to find the best tea. When we were in Guangzou, China we visited the tea wholesale market. You really had to know how to distinguish between the farmers / brokers / businessmen / employees, to find those who were selling the genuine goods geared for the high end tea connoisseurs; pure, great tasting teas, untainted with chemical residue, additives, or pollution from being exposed to the streets.
