Red Tea? Black Tea? Huh. All depends on how you look at it. The leaf or the liquid! And so I bring your this Black Tea Leaf that produces a beautiful and delicious Red Tea! Here is a fantastic all purpose black tea picked from young trees in Taiwan. This tea has smooth natural sweetness and tastes great on its own. I tend to like to drink all my teas neat...without adding anything. But, of course if you want to add milk, sugar or honey go right ahead I don’t mind. To be honest, I started drinking tea at the age of 3 and was introduced to drinking it with milk and sugar so I can understand. But I strongly suggest you try this one neat on its own. You’ll be surprised at its natural sweetness. Keep in mind my teas are fresh. Stale and low quality teas tend to dry out your mouth, so of course you have to compensate if you’re going to get it down. Ps. A slice of lemon can be nice addition as well. Enjoy!
Water temperature between 90 c to 100 c. Use 1 t 2 teaspoons and steep to taste: 2 to 5 minutes. Decant and steep again. It really depends on you. Use freshly boiled water. Remember you create your ideal tea taste by he amount of tea you use, the temperature of the water and the length of time you steep the tea. Don't be afraid to experiment.
