Light Green Tea with Jasmine Flowers.
This is a great standard light green tea infused with jasmine flowers. Mild and pleasant to drink. this is relaxing sipping tea ... any time of day ... a smooth infusion ... 100% pure and natural loose leaf tea.
Steeping or brewing Instructions:
Use 1-2 Teaspoons per cup. Boil your water completely and then allow it to cool a few minutes ... or if you are a real tea master allow to cool to 70 C. Steep for 20 sec in a 6 OZ Korean Tea Pot then decant, and serve.
To achieve a smoother tea taste it is important to cool your water after it boils. Just give it a couple of minutes. These leaves are tender, and will yield quickly. Steep them lightly for about 30 seconds, then re-steep when you are ready. My preference is to use 2 to 3 teaspoons and steep lightly for about 20 to 30 seconds and then decant. I then Re-Steep the leaves 2 to 3 times. For the final steeping allow the tea to soak in the water; you can extend the time at this point to get as much out of the leaves as possible. Use hotter water at this point. Remember you create your ideal tea taste by he amount of tea you use, the temperature of the water and the length of time you steep the tea. Don't be afraid to experiment. PS the water you use makes the taste!
