Green Oolong Tea Bulk Bags

Posted by Michael Cichon on

If you're ready to restock your tea let us know. Welcome to my Tea Cupboard. My best selling tea is the Green Oolong. Check out the bulk sizes for lots of great tea. 300 gram bags is the way to go for those of you who love tea and drink lots of it every day. The bag can last you 1 month or one year depending on your drinking habits. I have serious tea clients who go though a bag in a month and others that take 6, or longer. For me its a great standard, every day tea - and your friends and guests will love it as well. Buy more and save!

South Korean Master Potter Shin Yun Kyun's Wood Kiln Fired Tea Pottery

Posted by Michael Cichon on

Here are some pictures from the Korean Master potter Shin Yun Kyun whom I got to know while living in South Korea. He is well known for his work and style. He fires his pottery using a wood kiln which is very labor intensive. The actual firing takes up to 36 hours and the potters are not sure how many of their creations will survive. Generally about 40% survive. This is one of the reasons pottery is expensive. However, to be able to have, hold, and use such pottery is an absolute pleasure. I feel it connects us to the elements that make up this universe.
