Perfect Cup: Light Full Bodied Tea Taste. If you're using only one teaspoon give it about 2 to 5 minutes. Fully boil your water first, then allow it to cool for a few minutes. 85-95 C. This should give you a very satisfying cup of tea. If you like your tea more light and mild use 1/4 of a teaspoon of tea. Re steep to taste.

Traditionally Taiwanese teas are steeped in small tea pots with 7 to 9 grams of tea (approx 3 teaspoons). The tea is strong and yet has a natural tea sweetness and bitterness. Steep this tea for 30 seconds. You can usually steep the pot 6 times or more.
Remember you create your ideal tea taste by he amount of tea you use, the temperature of the water and the length of time you steep the tea. Don't be afraid to experiment.
